BASKETBALL SCHOOL "TORNADO" Celebrating a Golden Generation: Tornado KM Class of 2008 Graduation Ceremony

On June 10, the Tornado Basketball School community will gather for one of the most special celebrations of the year – the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2008. It will be a unique opportunity to celebrate alongside the graduates' coaches, Aivaras Grigaliūnas and Mindaugas Kvietkus, reflect on the journey these young men have taken together, honor their achievements, and send them off into a new chapter of their lives.
This generation of graduates leaves a remarkable mark not only on the history of Tornado Basketball School but also on Lithuanian youth basketball. Over the years, the players coached by Aivaras Grigaliūnas have become part of one of the most successful teams in the school's history. The Tornado KM – Xiaomi 2008 team is the most decorated generation in Tornado Basketball School history in terms of gold medals won. These players became Lithuanian champions three times, claiming national titles at the U13, U15, and U18 levels.
Throughout these years, the players grew together, learned to overcome challenges, fought for victories, and created memories that will last a lifetime. Each of them became an important part of this success story, and together they built a generation that the entire Tornado community is proud of.
The graduation celebration will feature a friendly game, season awards, the announcement of the All-Star Teams, recognition of the graduates, speeches from coaches and parents, and many memorable moments that will mark another significant chapter in the history of the school.
We invite current and former players, parents, coaches, friends, and the entire Tornado community to join us for this special event and help us celebrate and bid farewell to our graduates.
